Before any treatment, I want to learn the real picture — like when did the pain start? How does it behave? Are you sleeping? etc. Most people are carrying more than one thing at a time.
After we gather a full history, the next step is a full EXSTORE orthopedic evaluation. I can use muscle and nerve tests to see what is going on. This will help me to get a good understanding of where your body’s at.
I’ll be honest about what I can do to help you. I’ll also tell you how long I think it will take — a short course for something recent, a longer road for pain that’s been building for years. You’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and roughly how long it should take.
